The holiday accommodation offers a total of five spacious bedrooms with a view of the pool and the garden or the sea. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the other three are furnished with two single beds (1.05 m x 2.00 m) each. There are three bathrooms in total, each with a bathtub or shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. The bright and modern fitted kitchen has a dining table for meals together along with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. The air-conditioned living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with a USB connection and a DVD player, stereo system and a telephone for incoming calls. In addition, there is an additional room which has a pool table and a dart board. A washing machine and iron are also available on site. You also have free access to WLAN throughout the house. The highlight of 4000 m² property is the 5 m x 10 m pool for private use. Around the pool are sun loungers, which are available for extended sunbathing. The terrace is partly roofed, so you can also relax in the shade. There is another bathroom for the outdoor area with access to the terrace, plus a shower and a toilet. A grill/barbecue and garden furniture are also available in outdoor area. The property is completely enclosed by a wall, so you can let your pet run free in the garden without any worries. The house is also secured by an alarm system and has a safe where you can store your valuables. Please do not allow your pet to lie on the sofa and on the beds. The holiday home is located in the town of Tias, about 5 km from the sandy beach and the sea. Nearby (700 m), there is a restaurant and a supermarket for your daily needs as well the local churches (650 m) and the town hall (900 m). Public transport links are just 500 m away. The nearest airport is about 5 km away and the nearest golf course is 3 km away.
