Large Private Room with balcony on City Fringe
Welcome to our home! Our two bedroom townhouse style apartment is spread across the top two floors of our complex and conveniently located on the leafy inner city fringe. Proximity wise, you can enjoy quick access to: Redfern Station (10 min walk), Erskineville Station (6 min walk), Australian Technology Park/South Eveleigh (2 min walk) and a number of bars and cafes all within a short stroll. Alexa Home Guide can assist you throughout your stay with additional information. We live here full time with our little man Charlie (half Pug, half Tibetan Spaniel). He is very affectionate and will definitely try to steal your food. The entire apartment has just been freshly repainted and re-carpeted with new block out blinds and sheer curtains throughout. You will have access to everything you should need during your stay with kitchen, laundry and living downstairs. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the upstairs floor creating a private feel. We have three outdoor spaces you can make use of and a BBQ if the mood takes! Please note we do not have a lift. You will have a private room with a private north facing balcony. You will also have sole use of the main bathroom including bathtub, which is directly outside the door to your room. Your room is also equipped with a remote control ceiling fan and fly screens (a rarity in Sydney!). There are three shelves and some hanging space put aside in the wardrobe for storage. Should you need parking there is free street parking right outside. We work full time and are home most evenings. I will certainly be around should you need anything, but otherwise will keep out of your hair. We know a couple of good haunts for a bite to eat or a drink so let us know if you need pointing in the right direction.
