Cozy Granny Flat

Situated at the rear of the property our brand new 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just a few minutes walk (800m) then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport Train Stations (10min). Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Our place is good for couples, business travellers and families (with kids). We are a young family and our Granny Flat is available for you to enjoy your stay. This lovely brand new granny flat is perfect for 4 people provides a quiet escape in the suburbs of Sydney. Located about 16km from the Sydney CBD and a short drive to the airport. Our place is fully equipped with everything you need. Our Granny flat has a comfy queen sized bed and double bed in the lounge area. We also provide a travel cot and high chair if needed (for up to 2 years old). Children older than 2 years old need to be booked as additional guest. The Kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, gas cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Tea and coffee is provided. You will have access to the whole house including a courtyard where you can enjoy dinner or drinks. We are available close by for any information or help required. Otherwise guests will have total privacy. Kingsgrove village is located 800 m down the road next to the train station. There you can find a big supermarket (open from 7am until midnight every day), quality restaurants (Italian, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese etc.) hairdresser, a bottle shop, beautician, pharmacies, major banks, post office, butcheries etc. Driving? Easy on street parking and fantastic road access to the city, Southern and Eastern suburbs( entrance to the M5 highway is just around the corner, which takes you everywhere in Sydney in moments). Public transport is just a few minutes walking distance. Trains come every 15min. A taxi from the airport will take less than 15min if it is not in peak hour traffic. Host owns a small friendly dog but it doesn't have access to your place as the granny flat is fully fenced and separate from the main house.
