Private courtyard, single garage access 8 minute walk to Parkdale Train Station. 1 minute walk to Bus Stop Take any train to the City (40 minutes) 10 minute drive to world famous Royal Melbourne Golf Club Ground floor: LCD TV, study area, lounge sofa, private street access, private driveway. Fully equipped kitchen - utensils, knives & forks, electric 4 burner stove, oven, sink, washing machine, large fridge. Upstairs Bedroom 1: beach view, single bed, desk, large wardrobe, privacy blinds. Upstairs Bedroom 2: double bed, large wardrobe, privacy blinds. Upstairs Bathroom: large shower with shampoo/conditioner, towels, hand soap, hand towels, very large mirrors on two walls. Private entire guest access to property. We live next door with our family. Ride share around $100 to Airport. There is a bus stop on the beach road. Smart Bus number 903 comes from Mordialloc and goes towards Mentone & eventually stops at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Parkdale train station takes you to anywhere in Melbourne. There is one portable air conditioner unit. This air conditioner can be moved. There are two Noirot brand portable panel heaters. These heaters can be moved. Beds have electric blankets.
