Summary: A modern great three-bedroom townhouse with a convenient little garden and parking space in an ideal spot in Bristol. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay in Bristol, and we want you to feel at home as much as possible. The house is over 3 floors, and has the perfect garden to sit and enjoy the sun from. It is close to bus routes into central Bristol and is only a short walk from some of Bristol's most popular independent shops and bars. This property is great if you want a convenient location for exploring Bristol but don't want to be right in the busy city centre. It is still easy to get to wherever you want to go, made easier by the fact that you have your own parking space. The Space: A great townhouse with 3 double bedrooms, all will have space for hanging clothes or wardrobe and all have empty drawers for putting clothes away so you can enjoy your stay and not live out of a suitcase! 1 en-suite with shower and 1 main bathroom with shower over bath. It also has another toilet/utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer & permanent drying rack. Then there is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, extra clothes rack, cleaning equipment, so you should have everything that you need for your stay in Bristol. The living room has a lovely comfy couch and the TV has Netflix, you just need to sign in using your account! The kitchen has an induction hob and double electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. This is a family home on a residential street popular with families with children, with play areas nearby, and equally convenient for guests visiting for business in the city centre or Filton area Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole house apart from the shed in the back garden. The Neighborhood: The house is next to the Cricket Ground, so the perfect location if you are going there for the day or evening! It is nearby Gloucester road- one of Bristol's most popular areas, full of independent shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. It is close to local amenities- just a 10 min walk or a couple of minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. Other Things to Note: There is a parking space directly in front of the house as well as on street parking. The house is next to the Cricket Ground, so the perfect location if you are going there for the day or evening! There are also good bus links nearby, and the location also means that it is easily accessible to many great places on foot. This house is a terraced house in a quiet residential street with families with young children, so it is not suitable for parties, groups of guests returning regularly late at night or for playing loud music. Interaction with Guests: We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends.
