Welcome to Botanicahome! We are happy to invite you to enjoy our family’s home. We wanted to create a space where people feel completely comfortable and at home. Each studio apartment is located in the mini building so near old quarter and downtown. This building was built and is operated by own family. We'll try to account for every detail, big and small to delight you and give you a neat, clean, safe, affordable, cozy environment. THE BUILDING + Brand new mini apartment building. + Surveillance camera 24/24; + Laundry service upon request. THE STUDIO APARTMENT + 20 square meter with your own kitchen and bathroom, elevator. + Air conditioning + Queen size bed, wardrobe, bedside table + Kitchen table THE KITCHEN + Full kitchen cabinet with basic kitchenware + Fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans. Common areas/facilities: Parking lot. I plan to socialize with my guests + 700m to Ta Hien beer street + 850m to Hoan Kiem lake + 270m to O Quan Chuong + 650m to Dong Xuan market + 750m to Night market + 600m to Long Bien bridge – A lot of shopping malls, Vietnamese street food, stylish coffee shops & bars etc. nearby How to get there : Guests can get to my place with some option: – From the airport (27km): Contact me with airport pick-up service. – From Ha Noi train station (3.5km): by taxi (40.000vnd). + Washing machine/dry is not free. We have laundry: $1 per 1 kilogram clothes. + Check-in early or check-out late: 70k VND/hour. + We have free motorbike parking inside house with 1 motorbike for 1 house. + If you have a car, please find a parking nearby yourself, we don't have parking for car. + You might bump into other people living in the building (who are mostly polite and keep to themselves). But be sure to keep your door locked at all times. + To avoid fire, please tell us if you need to use iron.
