Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 5 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with kitchen. In the entrance hall you can put your jackets on comfortable clothes hangers, shoes and ski boots. A lockable ski rack is located in the outer atrium. Each bedroom has a terrace with a view, wardrobes, clothes hangers and a DTV-TV. The twin bedroom can also be converted into a double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and everything you need for cooking and eating. In the living room there is a sofa, a DTV-TV, a Tyrolean-style corner with bench, table and chair for four people. Wooden floors. Exclusive wi-fi in the apartment. At guests' disposal: outdoor parking. A free parking card is also available in the public car park. I'll be available by phone if you need me. I will welcome guests on the day of arrival. La Villa is an excellent starting point for those who love to explore the Dolomites in summer and walk on skis the miles of slopes offered by the Dolomiti Superski or the lifts of Alta Badia. The bus stop is right in front of the house. The hiking trails and ski slopes are easily reached on foot. In the apartment you will find maps and brochures with all the activities offered by the tourist office Alta Badia. Nearby there are car parks. The accommodation cannot be occupied by more than four people children included.
