3 bedroom house with separate entrance. Can sleep up to 6/7 people. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Super King beds that can split into 2 King Single beds. A large heatpump is situated in the open plan living area, great for heating in winter and cooling down in summer. Close to the Town Centre (5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk. Pollard Park is just around the corner. A 10 minute walk with a side entrance off of McLauchlan Street. Springlands Shopping Centre is also 5 minutes away by car. We have a 1960's house showing rimu wooden floors in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. There is a mix of retro and modern features, furnishings and accessories. Three good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Guests are welcome to use the front and garden side of our property. There is a small paved seating are. Guests can park in front of our double garage on our property. We live on the property and are mostly out of sight - out the back. We do use the main driveway for access. Always available to answer any queries etc. Springlands is situated in the North side of Blenheim and is close to many attractions. Waterlea Race Course is a five minute walk away with Pollard Park hosting our main Tennis Courts, Croquet Greens, Golf Course, Childrens Playground with BBQ area and of course fabulous trees, gardens and Rose gardens. Just a 10 minute walk away. The Springlands Shopping Centre has Countdown, a Chemist, Cafe and Post Shop. Springlands Takeaways is also THE BEST in Blenheim. Private car is possibly the best option for transport in Blenheim. There is a bus service that runs and a Bus Stop is situated in McLauchlan Street, just around the corner from us. The bus loops around every hour or thereabouts. Group Retreats For example.., Perfect for a quilting retreat (7-9 people ) with a large quilting workshop adjoined to the house.
