Cozy 2-BR Villa w/ Spectacular Mil$ View Near Ubud

A newly built and very well maintained cozy villa in a safe and quite environment with spectacular and unblocked 180° wide view of paddy fields from all bedrooms, living room, and the infinity pool. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with ACs and private bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are free to use with Netflix-ready internet 42" TV. Centrally located in Sukawati district, only 30 min from Ubud and Denpasar. Stay with us and you'll find it hard to forget your sweet holiday experience The entire villa will be cleaned everyday (except Sunday) for 3-4 hours in the morning/afternoon. We want to make sure that our villa is very well maintained and cleaned everyday but at the same time we want to keep the privacy of all our guests. Cleaned towels and linen, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste (new) are all provided for free. All bedrooms are located in the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has its own hot shower. We do not provide a washing machine in the villa as you can easily find many laundry shops near our place. Just ask our housekeeper for help if you need to send some clothes to be washed. The cost of laundry is around Rp.7.000/kg (or US 50 cents/kg) and when you get them back, they are already folded, ironed, and ready to wear. Just enjoy your holiday and don't bother about the laundry ;) The infinity pool (with a waterfall feature), 1.5 m deep and 5 m long, is cleaned thoroughly twice a week and our garden is meticulously maintained by a gardener twice a month. Our garage can accommodate 1 compact car and 1 scooter. So if you plan to rent one during your stay, parking should not be a problem. Laundry and small mom-and-pop stores are scattered within the radius of 1 km. In case you're into surfing, the Purnama beach is just 5 minutes away by motorbike/car. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we need at least 6 hours to prepare the entire villa before welcoming new guests after another. Please discuss with us about your arrival time and what you expect from us before booking your date. We also provide hand sanitizers in all rooms, and a disinfectant sprayer is readily available for you to sanitize any surface or air. All rooms are cleaned with Dettol, ozone, and UV light before your arrival. We do all possible ways to make your stay safe and virus free. Pool, terrace, and other facilities in the villa are free to use. Just take a good care of them. If you rent a car, you can use the garage for free. It fits 1 small size car. 1 scooter is available for a small fee upon request. We provide oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and many basic cooking materials for you in case you want prepare your own meals. Drinking water is free to refill. TV is internet ready, so you can cast any program from your smartphone directly to the TV via our wifi network. A spacious terrace with bean bags and lazy chairs is a perfect spot for you to chill out in the afternoon while drinking beer. If you plan to have a romantic dining under the sky, you can use the dining table on the rooftop. Me and my wife will be in touch most of the duration of your stay. The villa is about 200 meters from the main road, so most of the time you will only hear the sound of crickets and wind blowing thru the trees and paddy fields. During the daytime, you can even watch the farmers getting busy in the fields. Don't forget to wake up early to get a glimpse of Mount Agung and Mount Batukaru from our villa. Our villa is located within the radius of 2,5 km to Sukawati art market, hidden canyon Beji Guwang, Bali Safari, Purnama beach, Tegenungan Waterfall, Blangsinga waterpark, Flamingo Beach Club, and many more. Minimarket is just 200 meters away. Ubud is just another 14 km (30 min) to the north, and airport is 35 km (1 hour) away. It's definitely a perfect place to spend your perfect and unforgettable holiday with your loved ones in Bali. PLEASE NOTE: Currently there is an ongoing villa development just on the right side of our villa. We have put a thick sheet in between the two villas to block the noise coming through from the construction site and now it's barely noticeable. The builders' working hours in the construction site is from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We can provide you with 1 scooter for a small fee if you plan to go a bit further and explore Bali just like what locals do. Just let us know in advance about this matter when you book. If you're adventurous, we recommend you to take a brisk walk down the paddy fields toward to river under the hill, it's worth the view and experience. Coming from the airport is faster using Grab/car sharing, and it costs around US$20 one way with Grab. If you prefer us to arrange the pickup service, please let us know in advance. Although we operate surveillance cameras around the common areas in the villa, it's always better not to give a chance to someone to enter the property easily.
