The Bathkeepers Cottage

The Bathkeeper’s Cottage is located in the center of historic Berkeley Springs, the 1776 Town of Bath. Guest are within walking distance of the town center, shops, galleries, museum, antique malls, festivals and spas. The cottage provides a comfortable bedroom/living space with a private bath (Shower/Tub). The cottage is set in a private garden and lawn beside the Warm Springs Run. A foot bridge from the parking area leads into a relaxing lawn and gardens offering guest solitude. The Bathkeeper’s Cottage is located in the center of historic Berkeley Springs, the 1776 Town of Bath, on the grounds of the old Bathkeeper, John Davis’ home and his “Grove”, Lot 18 on the original town plat. The “Grove” was home to the Strother Hotel and the former Park View Inn. The cottage is set in a private garden and lawn beside the Warm Springs Run. A foot bridge from the parking area leads into a relaxing lawn and gardens offering guest solitude, privacy and convenience adjacent to Berkeley Springs baths and spa. Bathkeepers Cottage offers a queen size bed, private bath, kitchen area, and garden area! Thank you :-) **$35 one night fee*** The Bathkeepers Cottage is a private cottage located right in the heart of town! You will have the entire Cottage completely to yourselves with a free private parking area. The cottage is accessible to the private gardens and within walking distance to the towns relaxing Spa's! 12% WV Hotel/Motel taxes will be charged through the site-this charge is under the "cleaning fee". (2 night stay=$260. Taxes will be $32.00). If you stay more than 2 nights-you can leave the remaining amount in cash for the remaining taxes. Thank you :-) **$35 one night fee*** You will have the cottage completely to yourselves during your stay; however, if you need any help or have any questions-we are only a phone call away! Typically we unlock the cottage prior to your arrival so that you do not have to rush to the Cottage and worry about missing check-in time.
