Bergchalet Alpenrose - Saunahütte - SKI in/SKI out

The Alpenrose mountain chalet was rebuilt in 2001 in the traditional Tyrolean feel-good style and furnished with great attention to detail. Due to the location directly on the ski slope, the best ski-in / ski-out options are available in the Hochzillertal ski region. The large garden with its own sauna hut, playground, grill and cozy seating invite you to a relaxing holiday in the Zillertal. The Alpenrose mountain chalet is approx. 500m (reachable in 5 minutes by footpath or by car via the Zillertaler Höhenstraße) from the Wachterhof. A large parking lot offers space for up to 7 cars, an external staircase leads to the entrance area with a cloakroom in the 1st Floor. From here you come into the spacious kitchen, living and dining area where the fully equipped kitchen, the large dining table for up to 12 people and the cozy leather couch leave nothing to be desired. The fireplace in the center of the living area gives them warmth and energy. From the living area you have direct access to your own covered terrace with seating. Adjacent is the large garden, the sunbathing lawn and our own playground for our little guests as well as the panorama sauna hut in fragrant stone pine with a wonderful panoramic view of the Zillertal mountains. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet on the upper floor. A staircase leads to the ground floor where there are 4 more bedrooms. 3 double bedrooms, one of which offers direct access to the terrace and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed which is optionally suitable as a children's room. There is also 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and particularly valuable for winter, a heated room for shoes and clothing, as well as the ski room on the ground floor.
