Cool beach house steps from Holywell Bay beach

A fantastic family home with stunning views of Holywell Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Only available 6 weeks a year, Trewint sleeps 6 guests and is just steps from the beach. There are 3 light and airy bedrooms (2 with ocean views, 1 with ensuite) and a family bathroom to relax in post energetic surf sessions. 2 bbq's are provided so you can cook while watching the sunset over the ocean. Beautiful Holywell Bay beach (featured in Poldark and James Bond) is great for both watersports and relaxing. The spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave and washing machine. There is also a laundry airer available. The dining room and lounge with beach and sea views are open plan with dining tables, a high chair if needed and comfortable sofas to chill out in. WIFI and TV services are available, plus there are a collection of DVD's, books and games for rainy days. Outside the gardens feature a large deck and there grassy areas on both sides of the house plus 2 bbq's so you can decide where to dine depending on the wind direction! We love having a post surf glass of prosecco on the front porch as the sun sets over the ocean. Bedrooms include 1 king, 1 double and a twin all dressed with crisp and fresh white bedding. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. But we have an amazing house keeper who can help if you need anything. Holywell Bay is stunning and totally unspoiled. There are no cafes on the beach, but in the summer some food trucks do set up - its best to take a picnic! The beach is famous as it has been used many times as a film location including James Bond Die Another Day and more recently for Poldark. There is also a secret cave at the far end, accessible at low tide where you can find the Holy Well, from where the area gets its name. There is also a shipwreck revealed on the beach at low tide!
