Camperdown Parkside Studio
A fantastic, light filled, modern studio overlooking secluded parkland and city skyline. 15 min walk to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and University of Sydney. Large covered balcony overlooking park. Close to everything and a world apart. Clean, quiet, secluded, accessible. Standalone studio space with queen bed, setup for independent stay. A cot or inflatable single bed and linen for a child is available if requested with booking. Private access to studio, balcony, with on street parking available. We can also give some local recommendations on cafes restaurants and bars. Depending on what you need, this space has been setup to be independent, but we can help with local recommendations or organise groceries, takeaways etc. A retreat in the city, the neighbourhood is favoured by families and hipsters who want to be close to the action, but not ontop of it. Well serviced by less rushed local cafes, but short walk to busy King St, Enmore Theatre/Road Precinct, Erskineville, Annandale, and Leichhardt. Great parkside track into Glebe/Blackwattle Bay and Pyrmont/City. Minutes walk to RPAH (hospital) and Sydney University if you need to visit friends/family. Have a look at our guidebook section for some of our favourite things. Public transport isn't at the doorstep because that's noisy, but regular buses are within a minute walk. The train stations of Newtown and Stanmore are a short neighbourhood walk, unless you stop at a cafe along the way. There's overnight parking on the rear lane, or on street parking on surrounding streets. The garage is not for guest use. Fantastic local breweries Young Henry's and Wayward Brewing welcome you as a local. If not your taste, plenty of local tastes/arts to try. Unfortunately we don't take bookings more than 6 months in advance.
