Full House - Paradise Street

Welcome to Paradise Street, our family home for many years and we would be delighted to share the experience with you for a short break or a long term stay. You can have the entire place to yourself or share with guests. A large kitchen with a dining table that can seat 8-10 adults/children. All modern facilities available albeit with a more traditional decor. 3 large double bedrooms upstairs & a bathroom offering shower, bath, basin and toilet. Treat my home as your home, you are welcome to anything. There are stairs to reach the upstairs bedroom - if stairs are a problem for any guests then I can arrange for a bed to be placed in the downstairs sitting room. Full appliances available to include, but not limited to, iron, microwave, oven, grill, hob, TV, radio and internet access. Downstairs there is an additional wet room with toilet, basin and showering facilities. We specifically built the downstairs wet room facility for disabled friendly accessibility and comfort. All areas of the home and garden. We have a small garden to the rear of the property which is fenced by the street access with a lockable gate. You can let children or animals play here without worry. I would be delighted to meet you upon arrival. If you have transport that is great, if not I could perhaps arrange to meet you and bring a maximum of 6 passengers and some luggage in my 7 seat vehicle. Local Lancashire chippy just up the road. An Indian takeaway just round the corner. A choice of pubs within walking distance. Lovely friendly neighbours and local people in the small town / village of Waterfoot. Regular bus route's right past the house. Local bus services to Rochdale, Haslingden, Burnley and more. One entrance to the house borders the main road so local taxi services are available. We are close to lots of great walking and cycling routes including the Pennine Bridelway, Mary Towneley Way, The Mary Towneley Loop, Lee Quarry, Rossendale Rambles. Parking on our street is private and uninterrupted - we have the only 3 houses on the street so you can be assured of some privacy. There is a small office across the road who occupy the other side of Paradise Street but they will not impact upon you visit or stay.
