Nearby are church, parks, sports oval, shopping centers, post office, restaurants etc. There is a large lockable shed on the property if you want to store bicycles, surf boards, kanu boat etc. Also large backyard. The whole house except my bedroom. I know Perth and Western Australia very well and can advise you on touristy things, life and work in Australia. The neighborhood is very quiet, hardly any traffic. Church next door. A park with a pond is right next to the house. You can chill there and chase the ducks around. Another park and soccer field/ sports oval 5 minutes away. There are large eucalyptus trees around the house with Australian native birds such as Cockatoos and Parrots. The neighborhood is also close to the famous Swan Valley wine-producing region. Tourists go there for bike rides and visit the nearby historical town of Guildford. Bus stop is 2 minutes away and with public transport it will take you approximately 40 minutes to Perth City, or 1 hour to the beach. By car it is much faster. Please note, 1) Currently, there is a small kitten living in the house as well. But she does not shed fur. 2) I also mentioned, that there is a gym facility available on my property. However, this is not a full sized gym. I have set up a weight training area in the shed. The setup is: 1x bench for bench pressing, 2x long bars and 1x S-Bar and a dumbbell pair, sufficient weight plates. You can use at you leisure at all times.
