Thank you for your interest in our private studio. It's recently renovated with a brand new Kitchen, Bathroom and wonderful appliances. You will have your own private entrance into this first floor unit and access to the yard and grill. Parking is available and you can get to main attractions & and nearby cities within 15 minutes! This space is white and bright. We pride ourselves on cleanliness. This is the perfect place for someone who wants to rest and relax with the convenience of a full kitchen. The space is located on a main road only 2 miles from the highways. Nearby attractions include Blackstone River Bike path, Lincoln Woods State Park, Lincoln Mall, Del's Lemonade, The Ice Cream Machine, Lincoln Creamery, Diamond Hill State Park, The Cumberland Monastery, The Emerald Square Mall, Wrentham Shopping Outlets, Gillette Stadium, and Twin River Casino. Restaurants include Davenports, J Gray's, Angelo's, Jacky's Galaxie, Trattoria Romana and Harry's Burger. Grocery: Stop & Shop, Seabra and Dave's Market. This is a private apartment with it's own private entrance and access to a shared backyard, patio and grill. This apartment is on the first floor of a split level home. Air mattress is also available upon request. Wi-Fi and Smart TV with apps and internet only (there is no cable or local). Fully equipped kitchen: stainless steel fridge, stove oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, utensils, coffee & tea. Bathroom with huge walk in tile shower and built in bench. Linens, towels, blow dryer, iron, and basic toiletries are provided.
