Balnearn House B&B - Classic Twin Room

Balnearn House is a family-owned and run 4 star Bed & Breakfast located in the beautiful town of Aberfeldy, amid some of Scotland's most beautiful scenery. The House itself is a traditional, yet stylish B&B centrally located in a quiet street within Aberfeldy, but still within walking distance to cafes/restaurants, shops, Dewars Whisky Distillery, our community run cinema and lots of lovely walks. All rooms are en-suite and are located over 2 floors. Our Lounge is on the first floor and is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of adventures, on chillier days the fire will be lit. The welcoming breakfast room is on the ground floor and we offer a varied menu to set you up for the day! Should the weather be unkind to you during your stay we have a drying room for your use. We ask guests to arrive between 4pm and 9pm and Mark and Claire will be here to warmly welcome you. Living on site, Mark and Claire will be available to answer any questions or help you to make dinner reservations. Balnearn House is centrally located making it the ideal base to explore all that Aberfeldy town and surrounding area has to offer. The town sits on Scotland's longest river, The River Tay, and is an excellent location to enjoy outdoor pursuits, such as walking the famous Birks of Aberfeldy, cycling, golfing and white water rafting. Other attractions in the area include the wonderful Watermill Bookshop, Cafe & Art Gallery, the Birks Cinema, the working distillery at Dewar's World of Whisky, Highland Safaris as well as many other coffee shops, art galleries that we like to recommend. The beautiful village of Kenmore and Loch Tay can be found just 8 miles away and Pitlochry is only 15 miles away with the incredible Pitlochry Theatre.
