Known to us as the Box, our one bedroom tiny house is a spacious and stylish hideaway in Duloe, S.E.Cornwall. Situated in the garden at the rear of our property, the Box is fully equipped for a relaxing comfortable stay. There is a private deck area for outside dining and relaxing, off-road parking, and the village pub is just next door serving great food and local ales and ciders. It's a prime location for the sea and the moors: Looe is 4 miles away and you can be on the moors in 15 minutes. The Box is deceptively spacious and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open plan living space has a comfy sofa, a table and bench seating area for dining, and a fully equipped kitchen area with an induction hob, oven, and the all important toaster, cafetiere and teapot. There's a wall mounted tv and a bluetooth speaker for music whilst sitting on the deck watching the sun go down as its always sunny in Cornwall! The bedroom has a full sized double bed and there's space for clothes hanging and storage. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, and a heated towel rail to keep the room cosy. Outside there is a private deck for dining and relaxing, a bbq, secure covered storage for bikes and outdoor gear, and a space to hang your wetsuits. We value your privacy, but we are here for you if you need anything. As well as catching us when you see us around and about, you can message or (Hidden by Airbnb) and we will get back to you. Duloe has everything you need if you like village life. It’s perfectly set to access the coast and the moors and has beautiful woodlands to explore. The village has a community shop and post office that can cater for pretty much all of your needs, and will order items in for you if at all possible. The Plough Inn serves local ales, ciders and great food and they also make their own, small batch, Stone Circle gin! The gin is named after the unusual Stone Circle that can be found at the top of the village near the Church. It is Bronze Age, the smallest one in Cornwall, and it is made of quartz rather than granite like many others in the area. The areas surrounding Duloe have some lovely circular walks, and longer paths that can take you to Looe and beyond. There’s a regular bus service (Number 73) that goes to Liskeard where you can connect to mainline train services and onward buses, and in the other direction to Looe and Polperro. Two branch line train stations are accessible from the village via lovely downhill woodland routes, or via quiet back lanes, and these both connect to Looe and Liskeard. Coming back up is is a bit hilly! Lots of local taxi firms are available.
