self contained annex room with en suite shower room , double bed and single bed so can be either double or twin room with tv , table and chairs small kitchen -et with microwave, toaster, sink .courtesy arrival Tea & coffee provided. In the center of the village on the foot of Blencathra mountain and 5 minutes walk form village pub , 5 minutes from bus stop to penrith and also Keswick . we are On the c2c cycle route . Private Parking . A completely self contained room separate building The annex room is for guests to use and is totally private inside it has seating outside and outside eating if wanted and a small lawn area to the left of the door way is for guests to use and a private parking space The rest of the garden and front of main house is private used by the owner’s please do not allow your dog to run freely around the back of the house this is private we have lots of walks and other space for them This is a self contained separate room from the main house so the annex room is quiet private . It has easy flat access from the car through the doorway .There is a table and chairs outside and also a picnic bench for guest use , the rest of the garden is private. This annex is a converted shed so might be deceiving from the outside however it is spacious &comfy inside Here if needed otherwise self check in and self departure total private space Threlkled is a small village 3 miles from Keswick just off the A66 and 20 minutes drive from penrith and junction 40, so is very accessible. The village has 2 pubs both serving food . There is a bus route to town every hour and takes about an hour to walk using various routes. Spectacular views of the lake district fells. The castelrgg stone circle is also near by and the local golf course and cycle routes too. Threlkeld is on the bus route from penrith on the penrith to Keswick link runs every hour and penrith staion is 20 minuets drive from the property and also links with the bus route.. Private parking at the property for one car. The room is self arrival and check out . fresh milk tea and coffee, biscuits also provided. self contained annex room self arrival and departure, we are here if need but otherwise leave you to enjoy
