The apartment is in a new building, with a modern entrance equiped with cameras, elevator, chip key and green plants. It is situated in an urban area of Budva. The nearest beach is 1.2km or 15min of walking from the apartment. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are in the nearest vicinity. The apartment has a living room, kitchen with dining table, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. It is on the 5th floor in a new building and it has safety doors, free cable TV with more than 200 tv channels, free fast wifi internet, iron, ironing table and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped with dish washer, owen, fridge and a kitchen table. The bathroom is spacious and equiped with shower cabin and a laundry washing machine. Guests have the whole apartment available for themselves. Guests can reach me by phone, viber, whatsup or e- mail. I am available for guests all the time, for any questions or help. It's great to live in this area. To the center of Budva and to the beach, it's only 15 minutes of walking. And at night, it's very peaceful and good for sleeping. Also, everything you need, like bakeries, supermarkets, stores, cafes and restaurants are very near, in the same building or across the street. Around the building, there are many free public parking places. There is also a bakery on the other side of the same building.
