Modern home, free wifi, double bedroom/ensuite. Use of kitchen if you would like to bring your own food to cook and also use of own private living room. Ample parking. Airport, ferry port, Kinsale and Cork city all within easy reach. Ideal base to tour south of Ireland. Within 10 minutes of industrial hub of Ringaskiddy. Due to increase in Covid numbers and as this is our family home all guests must be fully vaccinated. Room available in our family home. Great location only 20 minutes from Cork City & 20 mins from the beautiful seaside gourmet capital of Ireland, Kinsale. Double en-suite bedroom - ask if you have additional companions, we could accommodate more on request if dates suit. Stairs - as bedroom is on first floor. We have 2 sitting rooms, one open fire, one gas stove - one of which will always be available to guests. Breakfast not included but kitchen is available for own use with all modern appliances. We will be available to meet with guests on arrival to welcome you & you can have as much or as little interaction with us during your stay as you like. We are usually around so can answer questions and give directions!! Because this is our family home we require guests to be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Carrigaline is a commuter town of Cork city, with all local amenities and a few nice local bars & restaurants. Our home is on the fringe of the town, near the local soccer club, about 10/12 minute walk (3 min drive) to the town center & bus stop. On a bus route to Cork city from where you can access the entire country - but to really explore what Cork County has to offer, a car would be recommended. Local beaches within 10 minutes drive. Weather permitting, Irish Style! This is where we brought our kids growing up!! Day trips: Killarney, Ring of Kerry, West Cork Closer to Home: Blarney, Kinsale, Cobh, Cork City (English Market, City Gaol, museum etc. )
