Spacious 3BR home. Great for families, near parks.

A well-lit, quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The back yard is fenced, and through a gate behind the fence is a paved path that is great for walking or jogging and leads to several of the nearby parks. If you have kids, the fenced yard offers a safe place for them to play. There is also a large den downstairs that is kid-friendly. All mattresses are new and very comfortable. Bedrooms have light blocking curtains. The floor plan is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is fast WiFi, comfortable beds, a stunning 4K television, as well as dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, several coffee makers and more. You have access to the entire house except for the garage and a small office downstairs which we use to keep some personal items. We will not be in the house during your stay. We will give you the four-digit code for the front door so you can let yourself in and make yourself comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful and features parks, cycling, and hiking. There is a Pace bus stop a few blocks away. Uber cars are generally available within 5-15 minutes and offer a convenient way to get around. The sofa bed is not particularly comfortable, but is suitable for children. I would not recommend it for adults. If you plan to invite more than two people beyond the number of guests that you book, please request permission before doing so. Airbnb has banned large gatherings and parties from all Airbnb properties, and my house rules do not allow parties or events without explicit permission from me.
