Completely furbished, this apartment is located 7km North from the Ericeira village. 2 rooms (2 beds each, one in a bunk bed setting), communal swimming pool, large living room/eating area. Cinema room with a sofa-bed for 2, and a small spare room with a single bed. Direct access to the beach, 100m away. Large, fully equipped duplex apartment, with two double bed rooms with direct access to an outside deck (one with two single beds, the other with a bunk bed), two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen with all appliances, a large living room with a terrace and a cinema room (with a sofa bed for two). Small spare room with a single bed (for unexpected visitors!). The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. Full use of the house and two garage parking spaces. Usage of the (common) swimming pool and common laundry space. Also possible to use a storage room (with no access except for the occupants of the apartment), namely to store surf equipment. I will be available to provide assistance during your stay, namely to find car hires, surf schools, restaurant and tourism tips. I can also provide lodging in Lisbon, should you want to stay a few days in the city. There is a bus link to Ericeira, 10 times a day, the trip takes approximately 15 minutes. The apartment is very convenient both for families and surfers, due to its proximity to the beach, within very easy walking distance.
