Eleftheria Villa, private pool, close to the sea

Eleftheria Villa is a new-built villa, located in the coastal village of Maleme, 350m from the beach. The beautiful beach road of Maleme – ideal for walks in late afternoon, when the sun goes down – starts 800m away from the villa. There are many taverns and bars, where you can seat by the sea. West Crete is the side of the island where some of the most renowned beaches of Greece are found; Falassarna, Elafonisi, Paleochora. As you drive along the mountain roads you will meet many small traditional taverns with homemade cretan products. The outdoor area of the villa is small but well cared… The pool area is surrounded by high trees offering privacy to the swimmers, but at the same time the pool gets sun all day long. There is a barbecue next to the pool, an outdoor area in the shade and sun loungers around the pool. There is a parking space in the fenced property. The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 persons. The big open room on the ground floor combines the sitting room, the dining room and the kitchen. There are also one bedroom and a bathroom at this floor. Three bedrooms and a common bathroom are found on the first floor. Two bedrooms have balconies, while on bedroom has ensuite wc.
