You will feel at home already during your stay. Everything will be cleaned, washed, dried, and I will provide you basic amenities to ensure you will fit right in from the first day. You can bring your car with additional fee charges by the management * Swimming Pool & Kids Pool * Gym & Fitness Center * Basketball Court * Jogging track Entire apartment so you can feel at home: * Bedroom 1 with queen bed (with pillows and bolster) + dressing table + huge wardrobe with hangers + hair dryer+Flat TV * Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (with pillows and bolster) + working desk + huge wardrobe * Bathroom with shower, soap, shampoo, toilet papers (There is Water Heater for showering) * Fresh full body towels, hand towel * Dining area with fridge + cuttleries, bowls, glasses + dining chairs + dining table * Full Kitchen for light cooking with filled gas stove, soup pan, frying pan, a lot of cooking utensils. * Living room with LED TV+ sofa bed * Wifi and Cable TV * There are 3 air conditioners in the unit I work at the office from Monday-Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. I will be available during the day, just WA/LINE me if you would like to ask anything. Kelapa Gading Square Apartment or MOI City Home is located in Kelapa Gading area with a lot of access, near Busway Station. The distance to Soekarno Hatta airport was quite close, which only took about 50 minutes. What's interesting is that the apartment is directly integrated with the Mall of Indonesia, hotel, and commercial area. This apartment also surrounded by various public facilities in the vicinity, such as hospitals (Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Gading Pluit Hospital), schools, as well as restaurants in Kelapa Gading and Sunter. * From Soekarno-Hatta International Airport: 1. RECOMMENDED: BUS JA CONNEXION route Soekarno Hatta Airport - Mal Kelapa Gading- take Taxi to Mall Of Indonesia drop at Lobby 7 (taxi fare about IDR 15.000) 2. Taxi: The easiest way. Take from Soekarno Hatta Airport by passing Ancol toll road and get off at exit Tj. Priok. The travel time is generally about 30-40 minutes ride, depending on current road conditions. The taxi fare range from IDR One hundred Fifty Thousand. TransJakarta or Busway access : TransJakarta Bus Station is nearby ( the name of the bus station is "Sunter Boulevard Barat", Koridor 12), the bus route has 2 destination : to Kota or to Penjaringan and to Tanjung Priok. If you wish to go to Central Jakarta ( Grand Indonesia, Monumen Nasional), you can take the route to Kota/Penjaringan, drop at "Kota" to transit and take the route to Blok M, but it will take approx 1 hour and 45 minutes if no traffic, if there is traffic it'll take 2 hours more. * RECOMMENDATION: just drive by UBER, Grab Car, Go-Jek, or taxis is also fun. Search for Mall of Indonesia in your apps If you are traveling for business in Sudirman/Kuningan/Senayan Area, to reach there from my apartment will take some time, not to mention there will be traffic jams along the route. Please take this into consideration. There is no water dispenser & washer is broken. Please notify these information. Thanks
