We’re close to the mountains The apartment is located on the second floor - No elevator. It is a 2-level loft unit with two bedrooms (1 bedroom is upstairs), 1 bathroom, open living area and an open floor kitchen. The furniture is modern and stylish. It is perfect for a family of 4 or travellers, who are either visiting for business or pleasure. The location is perfect for sight-seeing and also very close to the train station. You are only minutes away from sweet cafes/bakeries/restaurants & bars. The apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials you need: some toiletries, a hairdryer + straightener, clean towels, clean sheets, a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and coffee + tea, a toaster and a much more stuff etc. We DO NOT have a washing machine or a dryer. A travel cot for the little ones is also placed in the bedroom. We Love Memmingen! Guests have access to everything in the flat. Jennifer my co-host and I are almost always available Even though we are located in the city center we live on a quiet street. The building is in a safe neighbourhood. The location is perfect for sight-seeing and also very close to the train station. You are only minutes away from sweet cafes/bakeries/restaurants & bars. Public transport is about a 4 min walk away: Train station - trains / buses / taxi A nice brochure/printed guidebook with all the Do's & Don'ts/Tips & Tricks is waiting for you at the flat.
