Enjoy privacy in your home away from home during your stay in Baton Rouge. Guests have temporarily called our apartment complex home for years, and for good reason. We pride ourselves on hospitality for folks visiting for work or for fun. Our large two-bedroom furnished apartments are disbursed within a small apartment community where friendly neighbors socialize and swim in the pool, grill out, or just chill out. Centrally located, yet set back from the street, were an oasis. Large (927 square feet) and tastefully decorated, this two-bedroom unit has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay or a quick weekend. Relax in the tastefully decorated mid-century living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make a great meal, and eat in the dedicated dining area. Central air and heat. Bathroom has all the towels, wash cloths, etc. and the beds have quality queen mattresses and comfortable sheets. Your unit is a private two-bedroom apartment. Free parking is steps from your door. Lounge by the pool or enjoy the professionally-landscaped central courtyard by the fountain. On-site laundry facilities have been recently updated with machines that take coins or cards. While conveniently located on a main thoroughfare, our complex is set far back from the road which minimizes noise and traffic. We are a gated complex, but there are neighboring convenience stores like Walgreen's and CVS, and great sushi, Vietnamese and desserts located just steps away. There are two supermarkets within a half mile (one across the street). Baton Rouge's downtown & town square are a 15 minute drive down Florida Blvd. Most major hospitals are located within a 20-minute radius of us Baton Rouge is mostly setup as a "driving city", you'll need a car to get around. Our great advantage is a central location, plus tons of secure parking. We are approximately (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from downtown Baton Rouge, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Women's Hospital, Baton Rouge General, Mall of Louisiana, LSU, and Denham Springs.
