Our Shabby Chic Studio is located in one of the most scenic of all the Val d'Intelvi, at 1000 m. above sea level, between the lake of Como and of Lugano. A unique scenery that ranges between lake and mountains, an unforgettable refuge warm and welcoming , in the countryside and in the silence.. The Studio is located on the ground floor and overlooks a large garden in the countryside. The view from the large windows is really lovely! All the furniture has been chosen with love and attention to detail. You will find everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay: kitchen utensils, tableware, bath accessories (Fully furnished) The studio is part of our B & B San Giorgio, a few steps from Pian delle Noci and, indeed, from the Sanctuary of St. Giorgio in Pellio Intelvi. It is situated in one of the most panoramic area of the whole valley. From the garden and from the terrace you can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains above Menaggio, Val Cavargna, Porlezza and Lake Lugano, up to the nearby mountains Sasso Gordona, Generoso and Sighignola. Our aim is to give a warm and friendly welcome to people coming from everywhere, and to share with them our passion for hiking, outdoors, art and culture in every season of the year. The studio is very large, it includes a cooking and dining area and a private bathroom. A wide garden provided with deck chairs and tables as well as a stone barbecue. Private parking available. In addition to local housing real guests can use the large garden of over 5000 square meters, equipped with deck chairs and tables to be able to stay even outdoors overlooking the beautiful landscape that surrounds us. I or my husband we will be available to guests by prior arrangement and depending on our work commitments. One of the most beautiful golf courses of Lombardy is 500 meters from the house and the swimming pool with gym and sauna, a short distance. In winter guests can go snowshoeing, ski touring or in cross-country skiing. In summer, in addition to hiking, you can easily reach Lake Como or Lugano for boat trips or relax in a beach or take a swim ..If you love shopping, Mendrisio with its famous outlet mall is only 20 minutes by car ! The studio is located in low mountains (1000 m) in between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, a 15-minute drive from Argegno or Champion of Italy where you can get on the highway, makes it the ideal destination for those in search of tranquility, but at the same time needs to easily reach the nearby cities of Como, Lugano and Milan.
