The home caters for eleven guests and features two living areas at the front, and at the back of the home, there is a third living/entertaining room with a large plasma TV, speakers, DVD player and a billiard table, a modern timber kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, four bedrooms, en-suite, family bathroom, a powder room, laundry and two outdoor entertaining areas. This family home is fully fenced at the back, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and wood heater. A perfect location in Newhaven. Stroll along Newhaven's waterfront and absorb the atmosphere of this picturesque seaside village. With plenty to keep you occupied, the choice is yours – cast a line and catch the family dinner or watch native birds in the wetlands, go for a swim, explore historic Churchill Island, or set sail in Western Port Bay and enjoy the nearby cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels in Newhaven and San Remo. This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island. No Smoking Policy. Pets are welcome, with prior approval from the holiday rental manager, Dianne. Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) ALSO PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
