It is a panoramic apartment in a villa with three apartments of which one is used by the owner; nearby there is another holiday house with two apartments. Pool and all outdoor areas are to be shared, pool is heated in spring and autumn. House/Villa for 7 people. 4 Rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, 1 dressing room with wardrobe, 1 small room with washing machine, small terrace with chairs and table.. Living space: 110 sq. m. with romantic decor. Shared with other guests: 700 m² garden with palms and pine trees, hammock, hammock, pool 12 x 6, Hot Tub with LED lights, Gazebo in the pool also has a gas cooker, BBQ, sink, refrigerator. There is also a WC nearby the pool. Equipment: 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 double sofa bed, shower, bath-tube, satellite TV, washing machine, fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, heating, fireplace, air conditioning. Equipment shared with other guests: Barbecue, Outdoor furniture, pool loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas. The pool and the facilities are not exclusive, they are meant to be shared with other guests (We have two villas, one in front of each other, and guests in the two places share the pool).
