At the same time, we appreciate your privacy and autonomy if you just want to be left to your own devices. Basically, we're here if you need us. We’re likely to be able to accommodate airport/station pick-ups depending on arrival/departure times. But both are 20 minutes or less away on public transport. You’ll enjoy staying in a quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of amenities nearby, including a butcher and baker 5 minutes’ walk away, a larger super market 5 minutes’ away by bus, bus and train connections to the city and airport. A handful of neighbourhood restaurants are within easy walking distance serving Luxembourg and French cuisine. Go on a 5-minute bus ride or a 20-minute stroll to Luxembourg City’s picturesque Old Quarters (Grund, Clausen) for a more cosmopolitan offer: a selection of international bars and restaurants, as well as a cultural centre (Neimenster Abbey) and events along attractive cobbled streets and river side views. You couldn’t be better positioned to enjoy the buzz of the city and retreat to the calm of residential life. The neighbourhood also has a sport’s institute complete with running track as well as a fitness trail in the forest nearby. Cents is a stone’s throw from the starting point of the beautiful sites and scenery offered along the ancient walls of Luxembourg City’s old quarters and fortifications. Two circular walks (Wenzel or Vauban) can be joined from here, and make for a fabulous way to explore the capital and take in its stunning views. Find yourself walking through valleys and forests, along cobbled streets and rivers as you meander your way around this green city. This year the old quarters celebrate 25 years of being a classified UNESCO world heritage site. The Cents train station will connect you with public transport links for venturing to any of the countries regions to explore the many castles, caves and cultural centres, learn about architecture and industrial heritage, soak up the natural beauty of the Ardennes or the Mullerthal or relax in the fabulous wine country along the Moselle River.
