It is at the quiet kid-friendly end of Long Beach, just before the cul-de -sac. Perfect for one to two families to share, or an extended family group. There are living areas upstairs and downstairs, a deck and terrace, overlooking the beach with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Long Beach is a safe swimming, snorkelling, paddling, canoeing, sailing and fishing beach. Dolphins often swim in close and there have even been whale sightings not far out in the bay. Access to launch small boats is available at the end of Bay Road, 50m from the villa. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach. Please note that the villa is in a quiet residential area, and not available as a party venue; not suitable for pre-/end-of-season celebrations, bucks/hens or similar events. Long Beach has great rock formations to explore above and below the water. You can step out of your villa, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too.
