Amazing cosy duplex - 10 min to center of Geneva

Satigny is an essentially agricultural and wine village. It is the largest wine-growing town in Switzerland, located near the river Allondon. Two bakeries, a market every Tuesday and Thursday, restaurants, a grocery store, a tobacconist, a butcher, a pharmacy, a post office and a bank in the village. Les Vergers is an outdoor swimming pool at 10 min by walk. Amazing quiet location in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Satigny. The location is near Palexpo, United Nations and CERN. The airport is at 10 min by taxi and the public transportations are at 3 min by walk from the residence. A very spacious and fully equipped luxurious duplex apartment completely renovated. One bedroom with a large bed, one mezzanine bedroom with stairs, a bathroom with a bath, an open kitchen with appliances, and a living room with a balcony. 1. You have access to all parts of the accommodation. 2. Do not walk with your shoes inside the apartment. 3. This is a non-smoking apartment. 4 . In the kitchen it is forbidden to prepare food that produces a lot of smoke and has a strong smell. For the comfort of all my guests please respect this rule. I remain at your disposal during your stay. Depuis l'aéroport en taxi maximum 10 minutes. Sinon en transport public prendre le bus 23 à l'aéroport direction ZIPLO et descendre à Blandonnet (5 min). Marcher jusqu'à l'arrêt de gare Vernier (5 min) et prendre le train direction La Plaine et descendre à Satigny (6 min), marcher jusqu'à la maison (2 min). Depuis la gare Cornavin prendre le train direction La Plaine et descendre à Satigny (10 min). La gare se trouve à 3 minutes à pied de la résidence. Les trains pour Genève sont 2 fois par heure. Le trajet Satigny-Genève dure 10 minutes. Deux trains par heures : Exemple : Départ 6 :52 arrivée 7 :07 Départ 7 :24 arrivée 7 :38 Départ 7 :52 arrivée 8 :07 Départ 8 :24 arrivée 8 :38 Ainsi de suite …. 1.
