‘La Deluxe’ provides 2 beds of 3.5-foot width, separated washroom and bathroom, 10-foot wide window at street view (sky100 as well). The room size is 150 sqf, quiet and comfy sleeping condition guaranteed. Do not accept monthly stay. PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE BEFORE MAKING ANY INQUIRY OR RESERVATION: La Boutique de Austin, opened in late November 2014, is a boutique hotel situated at a residential building, located at the center of Kowloon West. The building is just right at the exit of MTR Austin station, and a bridge across Elements, where the Airport Express Kowloon station locates. There are in total of 9 rooms of different type at the same unit. Room size varies from 90sqf to 150sqf. All the rooms have private washroom and bathroom, double-layer glass windows and ventilation system. Toiletries we provide include: Shampoo, shower gel, soap, comb, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste. We also provide towels, slippers, hair dryer, kettle and complimentary bottle water. Free Wifi is provided with no speed limitation. Iron and iron board are provided upon request. There are no fridge and safe in the room. You get what you see from the pictures. CHECK-IN POLICY: Our regular check-in time is 3pm to 12am. Early check-in is flexible ONLY IF the previous guest checks out early and the room is cleaned up by then, OR IF the room is vacant the night before, then you are free to take over the room. In case the room is not ready yet by the time of your arrival, you are welcome to leave the luggage at the reception. RESERVATION REQUIREMENT: We only accept reservations from verified members. If you are new user, please go through the passport verification before making any reservation, otherwise your reservation will not be sent to me by Airbnb. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: There is no additional charge after full payment on Airbnb, except under following conditions: 1, $150HKD per night for each extra guest aged over 12, to be charged upon check-in; 2, $150HKD to be charged for late check-in after 01:30a.m.; 3, $300HKD to be charged for smoking in the room; 4, $100HKD to be charged for losing the room card; APOLOGY: Since I was entitled to SUPERHOST in just a month after I put my listings on Airbnb on 9th Dec 2014, I am receiving a lot of inquiries everyday now. In case the room is not ready yet by the time of your arrival, you could leave the luggage at the reception. We will arrange in first priority to have your room cleaned up. Any late check-in after 1:30am must be agreed in advance and administration fee of $150HKD will be charged upon arrival. Regular check-out time is 12pm, special request for late check-out will be considered according to the availability of the room of the day. Any unapproved late check-out later than 2pm will be subject to a charge of a minimum of 50% of room rate of the date.
