Our residence is a typical Tuscan stone house of about 100 square meters free on 3 sides and directly inserted in a beautiful olive grove in Terazzi and in a small village of houses (you will therefore never be alone but at the same time you will enjoy an absolute privacy) with beams and bricks to the ceiling in every room and a beautiful garden Private terrace that in addition to ensuring privacy and relaxation will make you enjoy every moment of a Unique Panorama. The house is currently rented in a single unit and consists of: Ground floor - a very large living room kitchen with built-in kitchen with all appliances available (including dishwasher) and pizza oven (to be used only with permission) with direct access to the garden. - a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with the possibility of adding another 2 beds, transforming it into a bedroom therefore, also with direct access to the pergola and garden First floor - Large Double Room with 2 beds, and a Tuscan-style wardrobe. - Private bathroom with shower Possibility to add beds (with supplement) Complete the house a garden directly connected to the house and 2 exclusive parking spaces. We are in contact with other hosts in the area, if you are a group of friends or relatives and look for more availability do not hesitate to ask us !!! The holiday should be lived in my opinion according to their own rhythms and needs, so I make myself available to evaluate any request in terms of services offered, providing my professionalism being my first profession that of Restaurateur and therefore always used to consider the Guest as Sacred. For those who require it I will know how to provide advice and make myself available to ensure that the holiday is exploited to the best of the possibilities Having a large garden included in an olive grove with lots of land, Our Passion for the Garden will ensure your request Vegetables and others products (such as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to make your holiday a magical moment even at the table. The uniqueness of our residence is definitely the position. Perfectly placed in an Oliveta, with an absolute privacy but at the same time close to other houses in the village where it is inserted also inhabited by permanent residents (you will never be alone despite being in fact). If you love absolute contact with nature without having to isolate you in extreme positions ... well then you are in the right place at our house !! Complete certainly an extraordinary view as few can be enjoyed in Tuscany. Seeing is believing ..... The house is located only 800m from the town of San Baronto in the municipality of Lamporecchio (easily reached on foot in 5 minutes) that offers all the comforts in terms of services (bars, restaurants, food, tobacco, ATM and pharmacy). The house is strategic in terms of location, these are the distances from the main destinations: Vinci (birthplace Leonardo da Vinci with museum) - 20 minutes Pistoia (Capital of Culture 2017) - 20 minutes Lucca - 40 min Florence - 1 hour Siena - 2 hours Costa Versilia / Pisa - 1 hour Costa Maremma - 2 hours Montagna Pistoiese (Abetone) - 1 hour The house is inserted as mentioned in a small village, so it is required Education and Respect to not disturb those who live in the Interior. The 2 parking spaces are exclusively for the house which can only be accessed by stairs. A condominium grill is available in a communal garden of the condominium (but on request we can also provide a private one with wood and coal).
