You can take our place as your temporary home in the metro. - Two-bedroom flat - ONE ROOM FOR RENT *Bedroom 1 - 1 Bunk Bed with pull out (can accomodate 3 people max) The unit will be SHARED WITH THE HOST (1 person) who occupies the other room. (Bedroom 2) It is a small flat (42 sq.m) just nice for few people to stay comfortably. Suitable for Students, Reviewees, Professionals, Couples and Business travellers. • Living Room • Dining Area • Cable TV • WIFI • Kitchen - They can use the kitchenwares to do LIGHT cooking. • Automatic Washer (laundry) Exclusions: - Ingredients for cooking - Detergent CLEAN AS YOU GO! ‼️ POOL - to access the pool, there is a fee of P150/person per use. A lot of food chains are situated nearby to fill your appetite and the condo has an in house mall (Sun Mall) with SM Hypermarket to cater your kitchen and entire household needs without having to go somewhere in the city to buy them. Near many Universities,Hospitals Churches, and Review Centers. Public transportation is easily accessible. Choose from a wide range of PUVs to cabs standing right in front of the condominium. For convenience, Uber/Grab is preferred if you don't want to rush and wait at the condo lobby to be picked up. Jeepney ride to Universities (UST,FEU,UE,CEU, etc.) and Review Centers in Morayta is just 5-10 minutes. Please bring one valid ID for registration at the reception area. For Guests who would like to access the pool, there is a fee of P150/person per use. The host will give you a form issued by the management of the condominium and ask for this fee during your stay. Proper swimming attire is required. Please help keep the house clean, as we do not charge any additional cleaning fees so that you can save on charges.
