Fully fenced. Quiet no through road location. 150 metres to Lake Victoria beaches, Child friendly lakeside beaches, boating sailing etc. Lions Park B.B.Q area and Childrens playground, Skate park. New Years Eve carnival area, 250 metres. Licensed supermarket 200 metres. Take away 350 metres. Marina and hotel and Bistro over looking Lake Victoria, a flat gentle 5 minute stroll (free mini bus pickup available). Local RSL and bistro, a flat 20 minute stroll (also has a free mini bus pick up available). 5 minute drive to 90 mile surf beach (now wheel chair accessible). Large open plan lounge, living, dining and kitchen area opening on to expansive decked areas. Cosy solid fuel fire for those cooler days/evenings. Reverse cycle split system. 3 bedrooms: Main bedroom with queen bed and full ensuite (including spa bath). Bedrooms 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. (Portable cot available on request at no extra charge). Modern kitchen. Ramp access to front and rear entries. Any additional guests visiting or staying at the house must be approved by the Host & the Property Manager prior to guests arrival. Please leave the house clean and tidy or a cleaning fee (Minimum $50.00) will be deducted from your refundable security bond. Whenever possible, guests will be greeted and shown around the house and garden. We are readily available by phone contact if any problems/queries arise. Native garden wth abundant bird life. Kangaroos and Possums abound in the town, with occasional sightings of Koala and deer. There is bus transport to Sale Monday, Wednesday and Friday check with Littles Bus transport for timetables. The RSL & Lakeview Hotel both have a patrons courtesy bus that will pick you up and return you to Flowering Gum. Phone numbers are in Flowering Gum information book on coffee table.
