You can quickly go to nearby malls and establishments for your needs. ROOM ASSIGNMENTS As our family only maintains this home, we want it to be as eco-friendly as much as we can. Kindly turn off the lights and other appliances when not in use. Also, booking the place does not necessarily open all three bedrooms. We will give a minimum of 3 guests per bedroom to guests. For further understanding, below is the guest-room assignment scheme: 1 - 2 guests - 1 room 3 - 5 guests - 2 rooms 6 - 12 guests - 3 rooms Should you request an additional bedroom for whatever reason, other guests will be charged corresponding to the number of rooms requested. OTHER ITEMS/FURNITURE Please treat this home as you would treat yours. Damaged items/furniture must be paid based on replacement value. On the other hand, small items like keys, remotes, towels, etc., are subject to at least a P500 inconvenience fee when lost. NUMBER OF GUESTS Kindly also book the correct number of guests. Per person, the excess will be charged double if the owner is not notified beforehand. CCTVs are installed near the entrance, living room, and kitchen only for security purposes. Guest can request to turn off the CCTV.
