Relax in your own cosy apartment situated in a quiet area next to a nature reserve. Everything you need to make yourself at home, whether this be for leisure or work. Easy links to both Bristol & Bath, by bus, park & ride, train from Keynsham, 15 min drive to Bristol city centre. * Small private driveway * Private courtyard garden * Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob & oven, microwave * Shower room * King size bed & small double sofa bed You will receive a warm welcome into your purpose built compact space aptly named Kelston View as you can see the significant landmark Kelston Clump from the bedroom window. Kelston View has been cleverly designed with everything you need to make you feel at home. We will show you how everything works and be there to answer any questions you may have. Help yourself get started in the morning with a coffee or tea. Save money and cater for your own culinary tastes in you own fully equipped kitchen where you have a proper hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, with all the utensils you need to rustle up a meal (feel inspired with our recipe books). After enjoying it at the dining table you can then use the dishwasher as you relax. For your entertainment we have a smart TV with Netflix, all powered with fast WIFI. You may choose to play one of the games, read a book or go for a stroll to see what wildlife you can spot in the local nature reserve. You are also able to enjoy use of the courtyard garden. The bathroom has a large shower and we will provide you with shower gel, soap, shampoo & fluffy full sized towels. When it’s time to sleep we have a number of options. There is a king size bed as well as a small double sofa bed so four people can sleep here. All beds have been complimented for their comfyness & we guarantee crisp white sheets. You can be in charge of your own laundry, as there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer as well as the use of an iron and ironing board. Note that our linen, towels and bed-sheets should not be washed by guests, as they are are professionally cleaned by our laundry for each change or stay. Outside the property there is a fully enclosed private secure courtyard garden with table and chairs where you can relax. There is a small driveway which is reserved for your car at no charge, and plenty of additional street parking. We very much welcome guests who want to stay just for a couple of nights or for a few weeks. For those staying longer than a week, our house keeping team will be in weekly or bi-weekly by arrangement to clean, take away the recycling and rubbish and provide fresh linen and towels. This is charged separately for longer stays. We can provide details of the closest and nicest restaurants if you want to eat out. For vegan guests we are extremely happy to give lots of recommendations for local places to eat. There is even a local curry house with a huge vegan menu. We also welcome dogs by prior arrangement ****Please contact us prior to booking to arrange**** (maximum of 2 dogs at £15 for one dog or £25 for two dogs per week / part of week stay to cover deep cleaning to keep the place fresh, fur and odour free for the comfort of all guests). We also welcome well behaved cats. Dogs will be made to feel welcome with their own feeding bowls as well as plenty of opportunities for walks in the surrounding countryside. There are also lots of dog friendly pubs and restaurants in the area. The space is fully contained with its own access to the street. You will have access to all areas, so please make yourself at home during your stay. We will make sure we are there to welcome you, show you around & help you with any questions regarding the local area etc. Then we will be available via text for any further questions. We also clean and change the laundry weekly and you will be advised of when these are. The area really does deliver the best of the country with all the convenience of easy & quick links to both Bristol & Bath without the rush hour traffic. By day you can take a wander through the nature reserve & view numerous birds (look out for buzzards) & even deer or forage for apples, walnuts and blackberries. By night you can see foxes & badgers. As far as local amenities are concerned there are the normal pizza, Indian, chippy and cooperative supermarket up the road or you may choose to order a just eat. In Keynsham (10 minute drive) there are great Indians and a lovely pizza restaurant as well as a Grounded and Bonzo Lounge. Within driving a 10 minute driving range we have: * 24 hour Tesco * 24 hour Asda * Lidl * Aldi * Waitrose * Sainsburys A cinema, a gym - just ask and I will direct you. Only being a 20 minute drive to Bristol & a 30 minute drive to Bath, you may want to consider these options: * 1 minute walk to the number 2 bus terminal which goes straight down the bus lanes to Bristol city centre every half hour or so. * 10 minute drive to Keynsham train station where you can get to Bristol or Bath in less than 10 minutes. * 10 minute drive to Brislington Park & Ride which takes you into Bristol. * We are Uber friendly, maximum wait 10 minutes from ordering them. For international guests: * 25 minute drive to Bristol International Airport (round the edge of Bristol, not through any traffic). * 15 minute walk to the Bath to Bristol International Airport flyer bus which goes every half an hour (can also take you to Bath).
