Villa Vallori with big private pool is in a fantastic position, only in a 5 minutes’ walk to Cala Sant Vicens, a beautiful beach with spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more. You reach Villa Vallori outside with an exterior stairgate to the beautiful pool area. The inviting large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. On the left hand side the covered terrace invites to enjoy numerous al fresco dining with family and friends and provides shade during the day. You will love the view to the typical Majorcan bricked stone wall with Mediterranean plants and flowers. In the indoor BBQ area you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. The main entrance door leads directly into the spacious living and dining room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, all bright and airy and decorated with Spanish charm. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. There is a small breakfast table for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. All 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, are bright and welcome, with ample storage space. The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and has an en-suite shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms share the facilities of 1 bathroom. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air-conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural centre, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
