Beautiful Cosy Cottage

My cottage is in a beautiful village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are wonderful walks/cycling routes right from the front door. We are spoilt for choice as there are many fantastic pubs and restaurants close by. The market town of Clitheroe is only a couple of miles away with great bars, a variety of food options and of course, a castle. My place is suitable for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travellers. My cottage is very cosy in Winter with a gas wood burning stove. Equally there is a lovely patio garden which guests are welcome to use in Summer time. I am more than happy to offer recommendations, give advice and will be contactable throughout your stay. We live in an idyllic village environment in a residential area. My cottage is therefore not suitable for people who want to party all night. Respect for my neighbours is paramount and lack of it by my guests will not be tolerated. There is on road parking available right by the house. Regular buses run from the village to Clitheroe and the surrounding areas and there are also trains from Clitheroe to Manchester. We have very old Victorian drains so please only toilet tissue down the loo.
