Two bedrooms one with a kingsize bed the other with a double, one with sea views. the open plan kitchen diner lounge overlooks stunning rural views of the fields to the rear which regularly have deer and cows popping their heads over the fence. The place is ideal for working from home with great views over the countryside while you work at the table and excellent internet signal. Guests will have the whole apartment and the rear garden to themselves which is not overlooked except by the odd cow or heard of deer. If you would like to discuss a shorter stay please contact me as out of season I am more flexible. Minimum stay of three nights However this can some times be negotiable. Kingsand and Cawsand are two beautiful little fishing villages that flow in to each other with four pubs which all do great food. Fantastic beaches, lots of wonderful walks around the area. Close to Whitsand bay, Polhorn Fort, Edgcumbe House and various other wedding venues . We are very central to the villages only a short walk to the beaches. There is a local taxi service for going further afield, a bus service to plymouth. Two foot ferries that will also take you to Plymouth, one to the Barbican that leaves from the beach. I am sorry i cant take any animals as i have a cat who will want to say hello.
