RR Villa with swimming pool for your family stay

RR Villa is primarily rented out for film & TV serial shooting. RR Villa (7500sq.ft) has 11 fully furnished rooms including a grand atrium lounge, an elegant dinning room, 6 king size bedrooms with AC & washrooms attached, a huge conference room in addition to a nice lawn, garden, swimming pool, gazebo, kids playing area & a great integrated music system with karaoke. Check out our vegetable, fruits, rice & mango tree farms, a natural water reservoir, try horses (riding) and see our cattle. We are creating an alternative destination to Lonavala/Khandala/Matheran but a much quicker commute from Mumbai, is a traffic free quick ride and a location that's way less crowded. Families and groups like their space on outings and Khadavli offers it. Your mind gets space to wander, think and get refreshed here. Its lush green all around, cool, calm, quiet, away from the city chaos with fresh pure (URL HIDDEN) and Winters are the best seasons to visit RR Villa, Khadavli. A variety of landscapes - mountains in the backdrop, flowing Bhatsa river, farms, garden, lawn, vast playing area for most sports, blends with all our developments for guests stay including waterfall, swimming pool with waterfall & rain dance floor (construction almost done). The catering team cooks delicious meals and serves you fresh hot meals from their separate kitchen setup just besides RR Villa. Come over, be pampered and taken care of at RR Villa, Khadavli. Guest are allowed access to the complete property and accommodation is offered at the villa. The apartment for guest accommodation will be charged separately if and when guest count increases. Food for our guests is cooked by a great catering team (catering charged separately) in a kitchen constructed adjacent to RR Villa. Food service is buffet style and the cooking team serves you at the villa. I am always on property day/night whilst we host guests so you can drop into my office on property/ give me a call for any assistance required through your duration of stay any time. My caretakers are also always around to assist you anytime. The property is just 45min-1 hour drive from Mumbai away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet just a stones through away. The air is fresh and clean, so are the surroundings of our 20 acre property, the location is secluded. There is a beautiful Bhatsa river front (picnic spot) 10mins from our property, an organic themed farmhouse property of my friend with 12-15 imported exotic birds, aquatic animals, poultry and cattle coupled with beautiful organic vegetable and fruit farms just 10mins from us, the Titwala Ganesh Mandir 10kms from our location and Matoshree Elderly House just across the Bhatsa river. The Padgha village nearby has a huge farmers market just 15mins drive from our location twice weekly. You will feel rejuvenated and refreshed whilst departing from RR Villa post your stay. We have parking space for 50 cars on property. We are just a 8min rickshaw ride from Khadavli railway station (east). 1hr fast local train journey from Ghatkopar, Mumbai (board Asangaon or Kasara locals) alighting at Khadavli or a 1 hour (45km) drive on Mumbai-Nasik highway from Mulund, Mumbai. I strongly advice guests to have their cars/bike handy late in the evenings. The roads outside our property are very safe to walk around but do not have street lights. Secondly, getting a rickshaw to the location beyond 8pm is very difficult even if the location is just 20min walk from the railway station. We have 2 bikes on property for pickup and rickshaw drivers on call to assist guest arriving by train.
