White Villa 53 - Minimal Villa with private pool

Located in the green center of Zakynthos Island, our newly built summer retreat consists of a 190 sq. meter stone house, 32 sq. meter swimming pool and a spacious garden of 2500 sq meter surrounded by olive trees and vineyards providing maximum tranquility and privacy. The space Our house features a big living room together with a spacious kitchen, dining area and connected working space. Windows in all directions provide plenty of daylight and a great view to the green surroundings. For entertainment there is a 55 inch SmartTV connected to a powerful music & multi-media system and also a small library with books (english, german and greek language) and some social games. Additionally to the common space there are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, one master with en-suite bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. The upper floor consists of the third bedroom with another en-suite bathroom, TV, private balcony and a great view over the green valley and the beautiful hills around.
