Great view from the garden

The house is located in the outskirts of oak forest in a tranquil place surrounded by beautiful garden with stunning view terrace. It is placed at the top of small hill 40 m above sea level, 450 m away from the sea side, beach and the main road but far enough not to be exposed to traffic noise. The house consists of 3 separate apartments. "Great view from the garden" occupies whole ground floor of the house. Apartment consists of simple and comfortable 12m2 bedroom with 160 cm double bed and one single bed and other 10m2 bedroom with two single beds, spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and huge see view terrace. On your disposal is complete ground floor of the house, huge private terrace with sun beds,small terrace with the pergola, private part of the garden and also comon outer bbq space, etc. I'm present mostly due to the maintaining the garden and the house.However I'm always available to provide you any information you need. It is mostly residential family houses neighbourhood, quite and safe. The nearest beach is just450m (5-10min )away by foot. You can reach public transport station, great express restaurant and the big supermarket in a 10 min walking. Herceg Novi town centre and town marina are 4km away and easy reachable by seaside promenade. Taxi ride to or from main bus stop should be 5eur or less. Free parking place is on the site. If you need a transfer from airport I can organize it for you.Transfer from Tivat airport to my house is 45 eur and from Dubrovnik airport is 40 eur. All the guests have to register their stay and to pay a touristic tax 1€ per day.
