Rooms for leisure/transit (Homestay)

A home in a residential area (in between the Katunayake airport and Colombo) with 3 bedrooms available for guests. Ideal for tourists looking for place to stay with good access to the city and the beaches in Negombo, or for business travelers after a room with access to Colombo or the Katunayake trade zone. The property is resided by my myself and my wife and we will be happy to arrange meals and transport for guests (breakfast free). All rooms are air conditioned. This is the 3rd bedroom in the property and is a double room which access to a separate bathroom (shared with bedroom 3) All guests have access to multiple communal areas (garden, livings rooms, roof, balcony, mini library). There are great transport links given the property is located between the airport and Colombo - access to public transport is a short walk or 3 min ride away. Guests have access to two lounges, with a TV and WiFi access. There is also a mini library that can be perused. I will be available for most of the day. If in need of transport (or anything else), I am only a phone call away! The property is in a residential area with good access (5 mins drive) to shopping centers, the airport (15 mins) and Colombo (30 mins). Access to buses from the Negombo Road (1km from residence to Negombo road). Taxis can be called. Alternatively, I am happy to drive guests for a fee.
