Waikawa is a stunning place. A few minutes walk to the beach. Also 20minute walk to seaside restaurant. The sleepout/ unit is only a year old, new modern, very clean with plenty of space and totally separate from host house. Quiet friendly neighbourhood with lots of ‘bird sounds’. We are usually around to greet guests when they arrive. If no one is available to meet guests they are made aware before arriving and in that instance are given lockbox details. Guests can park in front of unit on gravel driveway in front of ‘visitor parking’ sign Guests will be asked to have a vaccination pass to stay. Just an added precaution. Thank you
