The ideal house for your holidays in Langhe hills

Ideal to spend a weekend or many days relaxing and experiencing the great Piedmontese cuisine, as well as the best wines of the area of the Langhe we also produce. Located at a 5 minutes ride from Barolo, in the little village of Narzole you will spend some unforgettable time. DESCRIPTION (Please carefully read the information about the additional costs and the rules of the house below) Spacious semi-detached house with beautiful garden, covered swimming pool (which can be heated up, but expenses are charged to the guests), barbecue and terrace to have dinner or lunch outside. The internal spaces are spacious and attentively furnished with vintage wooden furniture, original pictures and prints from the Napoleonic period, when a gang of bandits (Briganti) ran about in the village: “the brothers of Narzole”. We can host up to 8 people in the wide bedrooms, each of them with own bathroom, air conditioning system, balcony and WiFi connection. In the living room there is a fireplace, ideal to spend some time with friends sitting on the couches during a cold evening. The wood to be used to lit up the fireplace is to be paid by the guests. The heating system has to be paid by the guests and its price is calculated taking into account the consumption of gas from the guests’ arrival to their departure (Gas 2 €/ mc; electricity 0,70 €/KW). If only a person happens to use a double bedroom, extra costs of 15€ per night per person are added for the entire stay. RULES OF THE HOUSE - IMPORTANT! It is not allowed to move furniture and interiors. Inside the house is not allowed smoking. partys are also not allowed. Data concerning possible people invited by the guests for a stay (of maximum one day) must be communicated in time and in advance to the guests. It is mandatory to carry out waste separation ranging stowed in special containers outside the house. No pets allowed. At the time of departure the rooms must be left tidy and free of waste, kitchen with crockery washed and stored in the pantry. The pool must be use properly and any responsibility for damage to things and people are totally charged to the guest. The wood for the fireplace is not free of charge and has to be paid by the guests. The heating costs are also in charge of the guests. Heating and electricity costs are calculated by measuring the actual consume of gas and energy from when it is switched on to the checkout time (Gas price 2 €/cm; Electricity price: 0,70 €/Kw ). Concerning the heating of the pool, we suggest to ask the owner, as it can be costly during colder months. The swimming pool can be heated up (expenses charged to the guests) and there is a sheltered garage with internal access to the house; internal parking area with automatic gates; barbecue and spacious garden with deck-chairs and tables with chairs. We live in the other half of the house and we will be more than happy to offer you a tour of our wine company and a tasting of our best wines and the typical traditional dishes of the Langhe. The calm and peaceful position of the house, the welcoming attitude of the neighbours and the typical atmosphere of a countryside village are the perfect mix to feel like at home. In the centre there are one supermarket, two butcher’s, two groceries and two bakeries. On Sunday morning it is worth to pay a visit to the traditional open-air market and in the 5 restaurants and 2 pizzerias it is possible to try and taste the famous dishes of the Piedmontese cuisine as well as all the regional wines. Bene Vagienna, known for its history and its archaeological site, is 11 km far from the house. Alba, the city of the white truffle (23 km), Dogliani, the town of the Dolcetto (15 km) and Cherasco, famous for its escargots (9 km) are only few of the cities and places we suggest paying a visit to.
