Sigiri Lake Paradise is a small family-run guesthouse which provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy real Sri Lankan countryside. The views to Sigiriya Lion Rock and Piduranagala Rock across the rice paddies are spectacular, and both are only a short distance away (10-15 minutes in a tuktuk or an enjoyable bike ride). We welcome guests of all types, including families with young children. If you love nature, and value a warm welcome from a loving family, this is the place for you! A traditional taste of rural Sri Lankan family living. Our garden bedroom has plenty of space, en suite bathroom with hot water, double bed and double mosquito net, and a fan. All of the outside space, open air eating areas, and best of all the rock and the surrounding fields and countryside! We live here as a family, and we will be delighted to offer you local advice, and help you to arrange anything that you need during your stay, and onwards from here. A friendly rural rice farming area, but with all the essentials in the local areas surrounding Sigiriya (inclduing shops, food outlets, ATM etc), Tuktuk is the most common mode of transport (we have one that we offer rides to guests in for a small charge), otherwise walking, cycling, taxi, or elephant(!) very peace full and relax area. around lake view. there are lot of birds for watching. this is farming erea and guests can feeling it.
