LOGIS 19/5 contains three spacious rooms flooded with light on 70 square meters, a sunny, mediterranean garden place and a nice loggia balcony. The interior creates a welcoming atmosphere by its bright colors, design elements, natural wood floors and modern artworks. On its three floors, LOGIS 19/5 offers you a cooking and dining area with guest toilet and wardrobe , a living area (guest lounge 150x210 cm) with working desk and library as well as a bedroom with comfortable mattresses (double bed 160x210cm) and a spacious shower bath. The high quality kitchen is equipped with oven / microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob and Nespresso machine. In addition, LOGIS 19/5 offers washing machine, ironing utensils, flatscreen, HIFI, free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen, hairdryer and toiletries. Exclusive outdoor dining area in the mediterranean garden, protected by a historic natural stone wall and covered loggia with a view of the historic estate. The family pool can be used upon request. Bikeport with charging station for your e-bike, mountain bike or bicycle. Own parking in the protected courtyard of the estate. Separate entrance. I am very happy to provide my guests with tips and suggestions. The region offers a variety of great leisure activities, cultural events, art exhibitions and culinary experiences. I also like to book a table in a good Markgräfler restaurant or to assist with booking tickets for exhibitions and concerts. Upon request I will serve you a healthy breakfast with regional products for 7 EUR per guest. I am also happy to assist in the grocery shopping before your arrival. LOGIS 19/5 is situated in the idyllic landscape of the Markgräflerland, known for its great wines and beautiful countryside. It is also the ideal starting point for trips to Switzerland (Basel, Zurich, Luzern, Bern), France (Colmar, Strassbourg) or the Black Forest Region (Freiburg, Baden Baden, Titisee, Hinterzarten). Walks from LOGIS 19/5 you'll find great traditional restaurants such as ANKER or WALSERS, a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Café COSI offers breakfast, a nice Italian lunch menu and afternoon coffee and cake. One of the best wine producers in Germany has its seat in Efringen-Kirchen: the wine grower Ziereisen with some excellent red and white wines. In addition, the eco-winery Kaufmann and the local Markgräfler winegrowers association offer good drops. Efringen-Kirchen is very well connected to the railway network of the Deutsche Bahn. A 30-minute cycle takes you from the regional train station to Basel or Freiburg. The journey time from the station Efringen-Kirchen to Basel Badischer Bahnhof is less than 15 minutes. The driveway to the A98 and the A5 is only a few kilometers away by car. The Airport Basel/Mulhouse is a 20-minute drive away. From Basel Central Station, the Schweizer Bahn reaches great destinations in Switzerland, France and Germany. LOGIS 19/5 is embedded in a three-sided farm house from the 16th century. The vaulted cellar of the 'Altenteil' has been converted into a modern, multifunctional meeting and lecture room. On its 50 square meters it offers space for 16 people (conference) or about 40 people (lecture). Technology (projector with screen, sound Dolby 4.1), kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, ventilation system are available. The toilet is located in an outbuilding.
